No refund despite proof of postage
Ring sling poor design - padded rail makes impossible to tighten. Returned as per instructions - they provided return label - but no refund received. Emailed and prompt reply asking for proof of postage. Have sent proof of postage by email twice and the company are now ignoring my emails.

Ordered the Ikkle Babba V2 3-in-1 stomp…
Ordered the Ikkle Babba V2 3-in-1 stomp pram in black on Thursday. DPD couldnt find my house Friday had a call off Emma straight away apologising. Pram has arrived this morning and is perfect, very clean and tidy packaging. Over the moon with my pram. Didnt even read the instructions on how to set it up as it was easy as pie to do.
100000% will be ordering more baby things from this company. Couldnt have had better service.

Packaging was absolutely disgusting
Packaging was absolutely disgusting, not protector to keep it getting dirty, came in a large blue bag filthy.
This was ordered as a gift I could never give someone this in this packaging, spent £55 on my item and asked for a small refund to purchase a gift box for this item told no they’ll pass my feedback on.
Terrible packaging and terrible feedback!

Placed an order, a message popped up saying my transaction was successful but I couldn't be redirected back to the site and to contact the merchant. I did this along with a screenshot of said message.

After a few days I checked to see if I'd received a reply, there was, from a lady called Emma, claiming she never received my payment and if I used American Express, this would cause payment issues, I used Visa.

I checked my bank, lo and behold my payment was taken by the shop. I took a screenshot of my bank statement and sent it to Emma, then I telephoned.

Emma answered, again claiming not to have my payment, she kept saying it never came to them, it's gone somewhere else! She said she couldn't refund me, process my order or help me. I didn't appreciate the passive aggressive tone either.

So I called my bank, they confirmed the payment was taken by Daisy Baby Shop and refunded me in minutes.

Ordered Thursday called following…
Ordered Thursday called following Wednesday was told the order was lost in system?
Do I still want order ?
I said I paid £7:50 for next day delivery!
Poor.
No apology.
Was told the best they’d do was charge postage but take of part of next day delivery fee.??

Wouldn’t even give 1 star if it was a option been waiting almost 3 weeks for a bean bag called up 4 times they can’t tell me when it will be delivered or when it will even be on the way I get told I’ll get called back then never do never had a email confirmation or invoice just want to cancel and order elsewhere however this is a issue now also don’t waste your time and money buying from here!!
